Did They Win? does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no trackers, and no ads. Your list of teams and app settings live only on your device.
Did They Win? (the "App") is published by Eklektikos Publishing, a sole proprietorship. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Eklektikos Publishing.
Nothing. We do not operate any servers that collect information from you. We do not create user accounts. We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reporting services, or any other telemetry.
The App saves the following information in your device's local storage so it can remember your preferences between launches:
This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by uninstalling the App or, on the web version, by clearing your browser's site data for the App.
The App fetches publicly available sports data from ESPN's public API (espn.com) so that it can display scores, records, and schedules. These requests are made directly from your device to ESPN and include only what is technically necessary for ESPN to respond (for example, your IP address, which ESPN may log per its own policies). We do not receive or retain any data from these requests. The App also loads team logo images from ESPN's content delivery network for the same reason.
ESPN's privacy practices are governed by ESPN's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
The App is rated for all ages. Because we do not collect any information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information, please contact us and we will delete anything we can identify.
Because no data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side data to protect. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the updated version at the same URL. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.
